    2. Take photos of the package and damaged items.
    3. Retain all packaging materials and products.
    4. File a claim with the carrier within 48 hours and copy us via email.
  • We will provide necessary supporting documents to assist with the claim.

Shanhe LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, wars, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.
