1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “Product” means any high-precision CNC component, accessory, or part manufactured and/or sold by us.
  • “Defect” means a manufacturing fault or material flaw that prevents the Product from functioning as intended.
  • “Warranty Period” means twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.

2. Quality and Warranty

2.1 All Products are manufactured according to the specifications and tolerances agreed upon at the time of order.
2.2 We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of delivery.
2.3 This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification;
  • Wear and tear due to normal usage;
  • Damage occurring during transport arranged by the customer.

3. Inspection and Acceptance

3.1 You are required to inspect all Products immediately upon delivery.
3.2 Any claims for defects, shortages, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
3.3 Failure to notify us within this period will constitute acceptance of the Products as delivered.


4. Return and Refund Eligibility

4.1 Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The Product is defective within the warranty period;
  • The Product was incorrectly shipped or does not match the purchase order;
  • The Product was damaged during transit under our responsibility.

4.2 Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-manufactured or made-to-order Products;
  • Products modified or altered by the customer;
  • Products without original packaging or missing components.

5. International Returns

5.1 For international customers, all return shipments must be pre-approved by us and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5.2 The customer is responsible for ensuring proper export documentation and compliance with import/export regulations.
5.3 Customs duties, taxes, and related charges on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Refund Process

6.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 If the returned Product is found to be non-defective or excluded from warranty coverage, it will be returned to you at your cost.


7. Shipping Costs

7.1 If the return is due to our error or a defective Product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
7.2 If the return is due to customer preference or ordering error, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return freight.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective Product in accordance with this Policy.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or business interruption.


9. Dispute Resolution
